Last year I was much busier than the year before, but I made less money.  That is why in mid last year I vowed to make some changes including your help. 

If I made my changes to my business in the first half of last year it would have been a better year than 2 years ago.  Oh well we live and learn….. 

How is this year going to fare?  Well, this is the first time since I started my own business that the first quarter has been busy and profitable at the same time.  I can thank the fact I followed your lead and shed some customers who were taking the air out of the lungs of me and my business.  They keep coming back to do more business with me, but I will no longer go back to that routine. 

I know there are rough times ahead for all, but I feel pretty confident I will do well through it all.
