Boot Camp

In this day and age, operating your business like a well oiled machine is a must for any technology business owner. It’s not all about the tech anymore. It’s about understanding your client’s business and proving that you have the ability to help them and the stability to be around for the long haul.
But the real reason for anyone to be in business for themselves is to make the money they deserve and have something to show for it when they are done running the business. Or God forbid they need to exit the business for unforeseen family or medical reasons. If the ultimate goal isn't to make money and you don't have the fear or concern of how you will turn that into protection for your family and retirement, then you don't have a business. You have a hobby and this boot camp is not for you.
If you are thinking like an entrepreneur, that means you are thinking about maximizing profitability and building business value. And the good news is that they both happen when you operate your business the right way… no matter how big or small it is now, how you want it to look in the future or when/how you want to exit the business.
What's this event all about?
This boot camp is centered on structuring a solid business foundation that provides stability to both the business owner and their clients. George Sierchio and speaking partner Stuart Selbst have put together a highly educational group event with segments of individual business coaching to appeal to attendees in a variety of learning environments.
You will receive a no-nonsense educational, coaching and implementation experience that will have you walking out already increasing profitability and business value as well as a blueprint for your future exit plan. Every attendee should be able to double their current business value in 12 months by following the guides that were set for your individual business. See a free webinar recording about the boot camp agenda here.
Who is this boot camp for?
The boot camp is aimed at the owners of IT service and solution providers (MSP, VAR, break/fix computer services, IT consulting) to build their business value and maximize profitability and productivity both internally (business ops) and externally (client deliverables). Whether you have a 1 person show, 10 people or 20 people in your company, as a business owner this boot camp is essential for you to get the most out of your business now and in the future no matter how big you want to grow it or when you want to retire.
What are the logistics?
The boot camp will be located at the Fairfax Marriott in the Washington D.C./Northern VA technology corridor (travel information available in the agenda). The event starts in the afternoon of Friday October 16th, 2009 and will continue for a full work day on Saturday ending on Sunday the 18th at about 4PM. Along with about 20 hours of intense education and coaching, attendees will receive a slew of home study materials, books and a recording of the event. All meals designated on the agenda are included in the package price.
The value of this weekend event is approximately $3000, but your investment is $999 and includes everything just mentioned.

SECURE & CONFIDENTIAL“… he wasn’t afraid to question some of the ideas I was exploring and I really appreciated that because he gave me quite a bit to think about and some new ideas…”
Jeffrey Hansbury, YTBE Inc.
Thank you for taking the 15 minutes with me this morning. That idea of 1 and 1/2 hours is causing so many light bulbs to come on! … These ideas explain why I am not getting some things done or not even getting started and why the day ends before the task is done.
